Norfolk fall festivals: harvest and fall festivals at city rec centers Oct. 22 and 28, Fleet Fest Oct. 24, Beats and Treats Oct. 30, UpCycle Festival Nov. 14. Most free.

Last checked Oct. 19, 2026. This page is updated each fall. Events come from City of Norfolk news releases and its calendar, Norfolk Festevents and the organizers’ pages, each linked. Times are local; free means the organizer says free.

Norfolk’s fall calendar leans on free neighborhood events: harvest and fall festivals at city recreation centers, a Navy base open house and a block party at Five Points Park. Halloween events, including trunk or treats, are in our trick-or-treat guide.
