Eight burger places inside Norfolk city limits, from West 21st Street in Ghent and Granby Street downtown to East Little Creek Road and Tidewater Drive.
Last checked 2026-10-20. Refreshed every three months.
Norfolk’s sit-down burger places are in Ghent, where 80/20 Burger Bar and Five Guys share the 21st Street corridor, and downtown, where Jack Brown’s is just off Granby Street. The rest are on the city’s commercial roads: East Little Creek Road, Tidewater Drive and North Military Highway.
How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Norfolk’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on 2026-10-20. We added Jack Brown’s, found in the Virginia Department of Health inspection records, because its own site gives a Norfolk address. We left out a Burger King inside Norfolk International Airport and a Wendy’s on Naval Station Norfolk, which most diners cannot reach, and two places we could not confirm on their own sites. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to correct your entry.
